Nihiser Active Duty Combat Special 4" Drop Point Folder Knife (Black)

Patrick Nihiser began making knives full time in January of 2000. It didn't take him long to gain recognition for his work, as he was judged Best New Maker at Blade Show 2001. Patrick's early creations were art knives, but he realized his heart belonged to tactical knives, and it is through his tactical work that he has enjoyed the most success. Patrick works with a variety of steel and materials in his knives for durability. A former marine, Patrick describes his experience in the knife world as "a long hard road" but one that he truly enjoys.

This Nihiser Active Duty Combat Special liner lock folder features a 3 3/4" N690Co blade with finish and dual thumb studs. It has black G10 scales and liners are coated for rust resistance  The backspacer is hardened anodized aluminum secured with a hardened and coated stainless steel screws so it can be used as a blunt striker.
